Apparently, last night “we” forgot to put a pull-up on Monkey at bedtime. Neither of us even realized that it happened and he never said a word. This morning when I went to get him from his room he said “I didn’t even put on a pull-up last night” and I immediately panicked; we’re not staying in our own home still and the bed he sleeps in is not mine and it does not have a protective sheet on it! BUT… he was completely dry!!! He says he even got up to pee in the middle of the night. Now, I find it hard to believe that he would do that without the lights on or coming to get us, but upon questioning he was able to provide me with some details of his journey :) Normally when he wakes up every morning his pull-up is at least a bit wet (sometimes more) so we hadn’t even tried doing it without. Was all he needed all this time just to know the pull-up wasn’t there?
Also last night, BabyGirl went to bed at 7:00pm and didn’t wake up once until 6:00am!! She slept through the night for the first time in 4 months!! Wooohooo!! I switched her fruits just over a week ago to bananas in the morning and peaches/pears in the afternoon and I can see the changes in her digestive routine and her nights have been getting gradually better since (See post: Warning Mommy Rant & SOS: Sleep and Poop) . Or maybe, she just knew her Daddy was here? :)
Can we (PLEASE!) get a repeat?
